Colour & Material: A Visual Dialogue RAL+Gabriel
This event, organised by RAL Colours and Gabriel Fabrics, will explore the latest trends in colour and materials. Key concepts from the RAL COLOUR FEELING 26+ report will be presented, along with the innovation and quality of Gabriel Fabrics' materials.
The workshop will focus on strategic colour design, with a practical focus on transferring colour concepts to materials. The function of colours, their basic effects and their adaptation to the context will be analysed. The aim is to create a coherent dialogue between colour and material concepts, applying them in a functional and effective way.
Speaker information
Melissa Lindemeyer is a colour designer and responsible for colour training at the RAL Colours Academy. She is also co-founder of the design studio Farbkultur.design, which focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to colour in the fields of interior, product and graphic design.
